3. Refund Process

Shipping charges, if any, are generally non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.

  • Do not discard the product or packaging until the claim has been reviewed.

Once verified, we will arrange a replacement, exchange, or refund at no additional cost to you.

6. Non-Returnable Items

  • Items showing signs of use

  • Customized or personalized products

  • Gift cards

  • Downloadable digital products

  • Perishable goods

  • Personal care, hygiene, or health-related products (where applicable)

7. Return Shipping Costs

If the return is due to:

  • Incorrect item shipped

ShopVelora will bear the return shipping cost.

If the return is due to:

  • Change of mind

  • Incorrect order placed by the customer

  • No longer needed

The customer may be responsible for return shipping charges.

Return shipping fees, if applicable, may be deducted from the refund amount.

8. Cancellation Policy

Orders may be cancelled before they are shipped.

Once an order has been dispatched, cancellation may not be possible, and the order will be subject to the return process outlined above.
